Standard dispatch is 72 hours from our Surat workshop. Pan-India delivery via courier takes a further 3–7 working days depending on PIN code. Metro PINs (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad) usually receive the parcel within 4 days of dispatch.

How do I install the wallpaper?

Non-woven wallpapers use paste-the-wall application — your painter or any local wallpaper installer can fit it in 1–2 hours. Peel-and-stick wallpapers are a DIY job: peel the backing, align the panel and smooth out with a squeegee. An install guide ships inside every box and is also available on the product page.

What is the return policy on custom-printed items?

Accepted Answer

Because every print is made to your exact size, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, transit damage or wrong items shipped. Raise a return within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will reprint or refund. The standard 7-day window does not apply to custom artwork uploads that have already been approved on proof.

Can I order a sample before committing to the full wall?
