3-Year Colour Warranty
Every wallpaper mural, canvas, acrylic and metal print from our Surat workshop is backed by a 3-year fade-resistance warranty. If the colour fades noticeably under normal indoor use within 3 years of delivery, we replace the print at no charge.
What's covered
- Visible colour fading or yellowing under normal indoor light beyond what an unaided eye can notice (typically > ΔE 5).
- Pigment-print degradation that produces unevenness, banding or hue shift.
- Manufacturing defects in the print or substrate (delamination, surface flaking, ink crawl).
What's excluded
- Damage from water, steam, harsh cleaning agents or abrasive scrubbing.
- Direct unfiltered south-facing sunlight beyond 6 hours/day (typical Indian context: any wall behind glass with direct sun).
- Third-party installation defects (bubbling from over-wetting, misaligned seams, lifting at edges from inadequate adhesive).
- Physical scratches, tears, pet damage and accidental damage.
- Outdoor banners and signage — covered separately under their own product warranty.
Term & what you get
3 years from delivery date. We replace the print at no charge. Install cost (if the print is already on the wall) is the customer's. You can request a roll replacement OR a new print plus a service-partner installer at our negotiated rate (typically ₹30–45/sq ft for tier-1 cities).
How to claim
- WhatsApp +91 84888 52752 with your order number + 2–3 photos of the affected area (one wide shot, one close-up, one against ambient light).
- We reply with a decision within 7 business days.
- If approved, we re-print and dispatch within 5 business days. Pan-India delivery is on us.
Care instructions — keep your warranty valid
- Dust with a dry microfibre cloth; for marks, wipe gently with mild soap water on a soft cloth. Never soak, never scrub.
- No harsh chemicals — solvents, alcohol-based sprays and abrasive cleaners lift ink and void coverage.
- Sunlight — for sun-facing walls, use sheer curtains, blinds or UV-filtering window film. Direct unfiltered sun accelerates fading on any printed material and is excluded from coverage.
- Moisture — in bathrooms/kitchens choose our vinyl or UV-embossed materials and keep the room ventilated; standing moisture behind the print voids coverage.
- Screen vs print — minor colour difference from what your phone/monitor shows is normal for any printed product; approve your free design proof before we print.
Why we can offer this
We print on HP Latex pigment inks (non-toxic, water-based) and UV-cured pigment inks with published lightfastness ratings of 5+ years indoors. Our 3-year warranty is conservative against the manufacturer's spec — we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than the reverse.
